Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - MICE Operations located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events, ensuring smooth execution, coordination, and client satisfaction. Qualifications - Robust project management and organizational skills - Experience in managing MICE events - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of event planning software and tools - Flexibility and adaptability to changing event requirements - Experience in the events industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
