Senior Python Software Engineer (Full Stack – Databricks Focus)

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Python Software Engineer with a strong backend focus and solid frontend knowledge to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a full-stack developer who can design, build, and scale data-driven applications using Databricks, modern UI frameworks. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate frontend and backend systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python • Build and integrate data pipelines and workflows using Databricks • Develop intuitive and responsive frontend components using Vue.js • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern UI design principles • Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Requirements Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused software development • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development • Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar big data / analytics platforms • Solid frontend experience with Vue.js • Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and distributed systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
