(Mandatory)Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and caring Grade 1 & 2 Homeroom Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment. The ideal candidate will foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills while ensuring emotional well-being and holistic growth of students. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE/School curriculum. • Develop foundational skills in English, Mathematics, and EVS. • Use interactive teaching strategies, activity-based learning, and technology integration. • Conduct continuous assessments and maintain academic records. • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Student Development • Foster social, emotional, and behavioral development. • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. • Identify learning challenges and coordinate with parents and coordinators. • Promote values, discipline, and positive classroom culture. Parent & School Collaboration • Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs). • Provide regular feedback on student progress. • Participate in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities. • Contribute to school initiatives, assemblies, and celebrations. Qualifications & Skills ✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with B.Ed.
