Senior Strategy Associate - Founder’s Office Location: Gurugram / Kolkata (Travel Required) Organization: Medhavi Group / Medhavi Skills University Positions: Multiple Role Summary Medhavi Group is seeking high-calibre Senior Strategy Associates to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership on enterprise-wide strategic priorities. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, business transformation, growth acceleration, and execution. The Senior Strategy Associate will function as a strategic problem solver and execution partner to leadership, driving measurable outcomes across multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Strategy & Transformation • Support leadership in shaping corporate strategy, growth roadmap, and business priorities. • Conduct market intelligence, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking. • Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed strategic recommendations. • Drive implementation of strategic initiatives across business units. Growth & Strategic Business Development • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion initiatives. • Support strategic partnerships, deal evaluation, and business model development. • Drive growth initiatives across B2B and B2C business lines. • Contribute to new product/program launches and scale-up strategies. Strategic Problem Solving & Special Projects • Lead high-priority projects directly sponsored by the Founder or senior leadership. • Diagnose operational and business challenges and design scalable solutions. • Improve processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness. • Work across functions to implement change and deliver measurable impact. Data Analytics & Decision Support • Develop business dashboards, MIS, and performance tracking frameworks. • Conduct financial, operational, and strategic analysis. • Generate insights to support leadership decision-making. • Monitor KPIs and business performance against strategic targets. Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Management • Act as a coordination bridge across business, academic, and operational teams. • Drive alignment and execution across functions and geographies. • Prepare strategic presentations, board notes, and leadership communication. • Support leadership in execution of mission-critical initiatives. Candidate Profile Education -MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.) preferred -IIT / top-tier engineering background strongly preferred. Experience 1–4 years of experience in: -Management consulting -Corporate strategy -Founder’s Office roles -Business analytics or growth strategy -High-growth startups -Consulting firm experience preferred.
