We work at the intersection of politics, media, and storytelling, helping leaders and campaigns build strong narratives, manage media engagement, and run fast-paced digital operations during elections and major public initiatives. Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing high-quality video content, managing video post-production workflows, performing color grading, and creating motion graphics. Collaborating closely with the creative and production teams, the Video Editor will contribute to storytelling by producing visually engaging videos aligned with client objectives. Qualifications • Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading • Expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics creation • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar • Creativity and a good sense of visual storytelling • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in entertainment, marketing, or political campaigns is a plus
