Role Description This full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad is for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Night Shift). The recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, including identifying potential candidates, sourcing talent through multiple platforms, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The role includes engaging with stakeholders, providing hiring insights, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaboration with technical teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals is key. Qualifications • Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting • Proficiency in IT Recruiting and Hiring processes • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a night shift and on-site environment • Understanding of technical roles and industry standards is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven organizational and time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ellisbridge, Gujarat
