Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will design and create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials. They will develop and manage a robust social media content strategy, create engaging graphic assets, and monitor social media performance. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and engagement. Qualifications • Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva • Proven experience in creating social media strategies and managing content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter • Strong skills in Content Creation, including Graphics, Video Editing, and Creative Design • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and trends to optimize digital campaigns • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Understanding of the education consulting or medical field is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
