Customer Service Representative – Medical Billing

Shift: Night Shift/US Shift (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM) Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday-Sunday Fixed off) Job Type: Full time/Permanent Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job description: • Managing the accounts receivable of medical offices and ensuring that all claims are submitted accurately and timely. • The Medical Biller and Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with insurance companies to ensure claims are being processed, track payments, account reconciliations, and address discrepancies. Requirements: • Excellent English Communication (Written and Verbal). • Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a medical billing field. • In-depth knowledge of medical billing and account receivable processes, medical terminology, and ICD-10 and CPT coding. • Experience in working with insurances, filing appeals and identifying requirements for specific coverage criteria. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, and medical billing software. • Excellent organizational, and customer service skills.
