Asst Manager- MIS/Business Analyst

As an MIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise BI reports, Excel Reports, and other tools. Your key responsibilities will include: - Compiling and analyzing data to forecast sales trends - Communicating regularly with the management team - Reviewing past sales data to identify productivity trends - Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources - Providing data insights for better strategy formation - Preparing various Sales operation and financial analysis reports - Evaluating third-party data to determine best practices for company success - Presenting actionable information and insights to team members and management - Gathering and analyzing data to understand problems and address them proactively - Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments In addition to your responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - Highly analytical and data-minded - Ability to understand and communicate effectively with senior management - Strategic thinker with high levels of motivation - Strong networking and interpersonal skills to collaborate well within the team - Ability to deal with ambiguity and connect the dots - High commitment levels In terms of technical skills, you should have a proficient level in MS Excel and MIS.
