Embedded Testing Engineer

• Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. / 5 to 7 years • We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software developer with Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer science background to play a key role in the quality assurance of Heat pump software. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Embedded SW testing and test automation frameworks. Tasks / Responsibilities: • Create test plan, test specification and perform test execution (manual & automated) • Debug and identify the root cause and give an indication on a suitable solution • Interact with different stakeholders to derive solutions • Requirement elicitation refine user level requirements to product specific requirements. • Identifying opportunities for improving test efficiency and automation • Good testing knowledge and exposure to all stages of SDLC & STLC, good experience in Product Quality testing Expected skill set: Academic degree in Electronic Engineering or similar Certification: ISTQB certification • Mandatory skills • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and pro-activeness • Good team player, high learning motivation, quick in comprehension • Experience in Mobile app testing • Experience in usage of JIRA • ISTQB Advanced level certification • Essential skills • Working knowledge on different TT Products or Embedded Products • Exposure in working with international team • Hands on Python programming language • Hands on experience on Robot framework • Working knowledge on Selenium framework • Added advantage • Experience in HVAC technolog Good to Have skills: Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
