Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Working Days - 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) Department: Digital Marketing Location: Patna Education: Any Graduate Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize website’s search engine performance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic traffic and improve keyword rankings. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, and URL structure • Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building and outreach • Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams Key Skills & Requirements • 2–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture • Experience with content optimization and SEO-friendly writing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills About the Company Megistron Media is a Google Partner providing inbound marketing solutions across SEO, web design, website development, and content services for small and mid-sized businesses.
