About the Organization:
Mera Nivas is a smart society management platform designed to simplify and digitize everyday operations of residential communities across India. The platform enables seamless management of visitor entry, communication, complaints, payments, amenities, and security — all from a single easy-to-use system.
We are building the digital operating system for housing societies, helping communities move from manual chaos to organized digital management through a simple, affordable, and local-first platform.
At Mera Nivas, interns get hands-on exposure to startup operations, field sales, community onboarding, and product feedback — directly contributing to the growth of the platform.
Responsibilities of the Intern
• Identify and generate leads by researching gated societies, RWAs, and apartment complexes in the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-ground visits to housing societies and present the benefits of Mera Nivas to RWA members and society administrators.
• Assist in onboarding societies onto the platform and support resident adoption of the Mera Nivas mobile app.
• Build relationships with RWA members, society presidents, security staff, and residents.
• Support the team in executing founder-led and referral-based growth strategies for society acquisition.
• Collect feedback from societies and residents to improve the product and onboarding experience.
• Assist in preparing society proposals, presentations, and onboarding reports.
• Help manage and update society leads and onboarding data in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing team on community awareness campaigns and local outreach initiatives.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with society administrators and residents in person.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.
