Role Overview: We’re looking for a design-oriented, people-loving fresher to join us as a Wedding Planner. This is a front-facing, hands-on role where you’ll be stationed at one of our wedding venues and own the end-toend design and experience journey for couples getting married at that venue. If you come from a background in interior design, architecture, fashion design, or a related creative field, and love seeing your designs come alive in real spaces, this role is for you. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Host & Guide Prospective Clients • Welcome and host couples visiting the venue • Conduct property tours and help them visualise their wedding at the space • Clearly explain our wedding services: decor, photography, catering, and planning • Act as the face of the venue and create a warm, confident first impression 2. Design & Plan Booked Weddings • Work closely with booked clients to: • Design and finalise wedding décor concepts • Create, iterate, and lock decor layouts and pricing • Curate, iterate, and lock menu options and pricing • Finalise photography styles, packages, and pricing • Translate client preferences into beautiful, practical, and on-budget designs 3. Coordination & Vendor Support • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (if the client has additional vendors) • Ensure alignment across décor, catering, photography, and timelines • Keep communication clear, organised, and client-friendly MERAGI EVENTS 4. Event-Day Ownership • Be the single point of contact for the client on the wedding day • Handle on-ground coordination and quick problem-solving • Ensure the experience runs smoothly and the client feels taken care of Who this role is for • Fresher or less than 1 year of work experience • Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion Design, or similar creative fields • Strong visual sense and attention to detail • Comfortable talking to clients and presenting ideas • Calm, organised, and excited to work on live events • Willing to work on-site at a wedding venue What will you get • Salary: Fixed CTC + Incentives (uncapped) per month • Real-world exposure to design, client handling, and live events • Opportunity to see your ideas come to life at real weddings • Fast learning curve across design, hospitality, and project execution • Growth path into senior design, planning, or experience roles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Do you know what mood board is? • Have you ever worked in event planning? • What is your current CTC and expected CTC?
