Healthcare Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist, located in Unnao. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, offering training for healthcare procedures, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining clear communication with patients and medical teams. Other day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patient conditions, executing treatment plans, and staying updated with medical practices to deliver quality healthcare services. Qualifications • Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Healthcare procedures • Proficiency in EMT techniques and emergency response protocols • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for patient and team coordination • Ability to conduct and participate in Training to educate staff and patients on healthcare practices • Commitment to patient safety, compassion, and high ethical standards in healthcare delivery • A relevant degree or certification in a healthcare-related field • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
