Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Meta Ads Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to achieve client goals. Key tasks include analyzing data to track campaign performance, conducting audience research, designing ad creatives, and implementing ad strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and report results to clients effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, and data analysis Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and performance metrics Experience in ad copywriting, creative strategy, and A/B testing Excellent at producing creatives using Canva, Capcut, Captions etc. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including conversion rate optimization Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate in a team-focused, remote work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required) Previous experience managing advertising budgets and working with clients in varied industries is a plus
