Luxury Aesthetics Clinic Assistant

We are hiring a, assistant to handle patient inquiries and lead follow-ups for two doctor-led clinics specializing in medical weight management and aesthetic dermatology. The role involves speaking with prospective patients, following up with leads from Instagram and WhatsApp, and helping them schedule consultations. The position requires a few hours of work daily from our clinic in Lajpat Nagar, with the remaining follow-up calls and messages handled remotely from home. Responsibilities • Follow up with leads from social media and online inquiries • Speak with prospective patients and explain clinic services • Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors • Send follow-up messages on WhatsApp • Maintain simple records of leads and bookings Requirements • Fluent in English and Hindi • Comfortable speaking on phone and WhatsApp • Organized and reliable with follow-ups • Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets preferred) • Experience in clinic, aesthetics, or customer support is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Ability to commute/relocate: • Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: • Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
