As part of our growth strategy, MSE is looking to onboard a dynamic and experienced professional to strengthen our Institutional Sales team, focusing on Domestic Institutional Investors and Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs). ~~

- Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate must have proven expertise in:
- Draft and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for various Exchange applications including Trading, Surveillance, Listing, and Member interfaces. ~~ - Prepare detailed User Manuals and operational guides for internal and external stakeholders. ~~ - Plan, execute, and manage Testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – functional and non-functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), Load & Performance Testing and Usability Testing. ~~ - Coordinate with development and operations teams to validate system functionality against requirements. ~~ - Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. ~~ - Support Automated Testing initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy of test cycles. ~~ - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. ~~ - Ensure proper version control and documentation of all requirements and test cases. ~~ - Provide input for process improvements in testing methodologies and business requirement documentation. ~~
- Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tester in Capital Markets. ~~ - Hands-on exposure to various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, integration, performance, and usability testing. ~~ - Stock Exchange or trading platform experience is preferred. ~~ - Experience with Automated Testing tools is an advantage. ~~ - Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail. ~~ - Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment. ~~
