We are looking for a confident, performance-driven Documentation Executive who wants to grow in the Study Abroad, Immigration & Manpower Migration industry. If you have experience in Study Abroad documentation but are willing to step up and confidently handle Immigration & Migration processes — this role is for you. Responsibilities End-to-end university application processing & securing offer letters Complete visa documentation & online filing (UK, Canada, Australia & other destinations) Embassy/VFS coordination & interview scheduling Providing interview training & pre-departure guidance Handling immigration & manpower documentation with confidence Verifying authenticity and compliance of documents Active client follow-ups & conversion support Staying updated with immigration rule changes Qualifications Has 1–3 years experience in Study Abroad / Visa Processing Is confident to expand into Immigration & Manpower processing Can handle clients independently Is target-oriented and performance-focused Has strong documentation accuracy Communicates clearly and professionally Is ambitious and ready to grow into a senior processing role
