Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence mandates, including QoE reviews, revenue/EBITDA analysis, working capital assessments, and cash flow diagnostics. - Analyzing financial statements, management reports, and transaction materials to identify key trends, risks, and value drivers. - Preparing polished, client-ready deliverables such as data books, schedules, QoE bridges, and executive summaries. - Contributing to synergy evaluation, carve-out assessments, and integration-related analysis. - Collaborating closely with U.S. deal teams and engaging in client conversations as needed. - Managing multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Mentoring analysts and supporting ongoing team development. - Assisting in research, business development materials, and thought leadership initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2-12 years of experience in FDD/Transaction Advisory/Deals, preferably with exposure to private equity or cross-border transactions. - Strong command of financial analysis, Excel-based modeling, and management data interpretation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce client-ready outputs. - High degree of ownership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deal environments. - Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance). - Proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute within a high-growth, entrepreneurial setup.
