Job Description – Telesales Executive Position: Telesales Executive Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers. • Explain company products/services and generate sales. • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. • Follow up with interested customers and close sales. • Maintain records of calls and customer details. • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets. Requirements: • Good communication and convincing skills. • Basic knowledge of computer and calling process. • Ability to handle customers professionally. • Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
