We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our call center team for the Blended process. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and guiding the team to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor and manage Teams.
• Oversee day-to-day call center operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure all KPIs, SLAs and operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and present performance reports and operational insights to senior management.
• Ensure team productivity, quality standards and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
• Prior experience in a BPO/Call Center environment in a Managerial or Team Leader role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with call center metrics and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work in day Shift
• 5 Days Working
• Education: HSC or Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Good computer knowledge with typing skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
