You are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeping Intern interested in building a career in finance, accounting, and business operations. This role offers an Intern-to-Hire opportunity, where you will work with real financial records, invoices, expense tracking, and bookkeeping tools. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time bookkeeping or finance role after the internship. • *Responsibilities:** - **Daily Bookkeeping Support** - Record financial transactions and maintain organized bookkeeping records. - Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records. - Track business expenses and categorize transactions properly. - **Financial Documentation** - Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documents. - Assist in preparing reports like expense summaries, revenue reports, and monthly transaction summaries. - **Reconciliation Tasks** - Assist in bank reconciliation and financial record verification. - Identify discrepancies and report them to the finance team. - **Accounting Tools & Data Management** - Work with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Books, or other accounting platforms. - Maintain organized digital financial records. - **Administrative Finance Support** - Support the finance team in daily accounting operations. - Assist with preparing financial data required for reporting. • *Requirements:** - Basic knowledge of Accounting or Bookkeeping principles. - Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • *Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of accounting tools like Zoho Books. - Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation. - Commerce/Accounting background preferred. • *Education:** Candidates pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), CA/CMA (Inter or Students).
