Technical Writer

Job Title: Technical Writer (Machine Manuals) Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred) Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating clear and user-friendly machine manuals and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and develop machine operation manuals, installation manuals, and maintenance guides • Understand machine functionality by coordinating with design, production, and service teams • Convert technical information into simple and easy-to-understand instructions for users • Create step-by-step procedures, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides for machines • Review and update manuals whenever there are design or process changes • Ensure all documents follow company standards and safety guidelines • Maintain proper documentation records for all machines Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred • Experience in technical documentation or machine manual writing • Good written communication skills in English • Basic understanding of machines, mechanical components, and processes • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools
