Quality Control - Quality Control Specialist II

Position Summary: The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of mechanical components through inspection, testing, and adherence to industry standards, supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Work You’ll Do: • Conduct inspections and measurements of mechanical parts using appropriate tools and techniques. • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. • Identify root causes of quality issues and coordinate corrective actions. • Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality reports. Team: This role will be part of the Quality Assurance and Control team within the manufacturing workshop, working closely with production, engineering, and management teams to uphold quality standards. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM. • Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001 and industry best practices. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
