The trainer will be responsible for teaching core concepts, conducting practical sessions, guiding projects, and mentoring students for industry readiness. Roles & Responsibilities: As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to end target delivery which includes – • Deliver classroom and Lab sessions on Data Analytics and Data Science • Teach concepts with real-world examples and use cases • Design and update course curriculum as per industry standards • Conduct hands-on training, assignments, and mini-projects • Guide students in capstone / internship projects • Prepare students for interviews, assessments, and certifications • Evaluate student performance through tests and practicals • Support placement team with technical screening and mentoring • Maintain training documentation and attendance records Job Skills, Requirements and Qualifications: Technical Skills Required: Data Analytics • Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) • SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Optimization) • Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) • Data Cleaning & Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) • Tableau / Power BI (preferred) Data Science • Statistics & Probability • Machine Learning Algorithms (Linear/Logistic Regression, KNN, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Clustering) • Model Evaluation & Validation • Scikit-learn • Basics of Deep Learning (preferred) • Introduction to NLP (preferred) Tools & Platforms : • Python, Jupyter Notebook, Anaconda • Git / GitHub (basic knowledge) • Google Colab (optional) • Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / B. sc IT/ BCA/M.Sc / MCA / M.Tech (Relevant experience can substitute formal education) Experience: • 0.5 to 2 years years in Data Analytics / Data Science • Teaching or training experience preferred • Industry professionals with strong practical knowledge are welcome • No. Of Position : 1 • Location: Thane Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ensure Ability to explain complex topics in simple language • Strong mentoring and motivational skills • Student-focused and result-oriented approach What We Offer: • Training • Competitive remuneration • Opportunity to shape future data professionals • Supportive academic and management environment • Long-term association for the right candidate candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement.
