Job Title: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager (Food Truck Operations) Role Overview: We are looking for an F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a professionally run international-style food truck, a venture by a reputed organisation, ensuring smooth service, strong team coordination, and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee food truck operations and ensure efficient, quick service. Act as lead cashier on the truck, manage billing and read out orders to the kitchen. Supervise and coordinate the service team, including junior cashier and staff. Work closely with chefs to ensure smooth order flow and quality control. Manage vendors, inventory, and supplies. Ensure hygiene standards and customer satisfaction. Handle daily cash management and basic sales reporting. Report directly to Management Requirements: Experience in F&B; / restaurant operations preferred. Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
