Content Creator

Role Purpose: The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing high-quality digital content that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and supports marketing objectives. This role requires creativity, storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends. The Content Creator will collaborate with designers, videographers, and the marketing team to deliver impactful content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website. Key Responsibilities: Content Planning & Strategy Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals. Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to create relevant content themes. Propose new content formats that boost engagement and brand value. Content Creation – Visual & Written: Write scripts, captions, blogs, and ad copies for multiple platforms. Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts), motion graphics, and promotional videos. Develop creative concepts for educational, promotional, and storytelling content. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and creatives. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, sales, and academic teams to gather information for content. Coordinate with videographers, editors, and creative teams for timely content production. Support marketing events with live coverage, photography, and real-time content creation. Skills & Competencies: Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability. Excellent writing skills for social media, blogs, and marketing content. Understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. NB: Basic video editing and graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
