Freelance Creative Producer (Mumbai)

Job Title: Freelance Shoot Coordinator & Interviewer (Freelance / Project-Basis) Location: Mumbai About the Gig: We are looking for energetic, highly organised, and talkative freelancers to be our "boots on the ground" for our shoots interior shoots in Mumbai. We already have the script, a very detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and a dedicated cameraperson to handle the technical visuals. What we need is an on-set coordinator and conversationalist who can guide the shoot, talk to the people, and make the magic happen. We are open to experienced candidates as well as final-year Mass Communication students, Journalism grads, Theatre students, or budding Content Creators looking to build their field-producing experience! What You’ll Do: • Run the Show: Be our on-site representative. Guide the local cinematographer to ensure every angle of the the interior is captured according to our detailed SOP. • Bring the Energy: Talk to the people, Ask them interesting, fun questions while the camera rolls to capture natural, candid moments. • Interview: Have friendly, structured conversations with the people based on our provided questionnaire to capture their experience. • Data Management: Once the shoot wraps, collect the raw files from the cinematographer, organize them neatly into folders, and upload them to our cloud system (Note: This requires a good internet connection at home). Who We’re Looking For: • The Vibe: You are bubbly, patient, highly extroverted, and absolutely great with people. You know how to make people feel comfortable on camera. • Communication: Excellent and fluent spoken English is a must. • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around a computer and aren't intimidated by handling, organizing, and uploading large video files. • Responsible: You can follow a detailed checklist/SOP to the letter without needing constant supervision.
