We are looking for a GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Expert with 4+ years of experience in handling GeM bids for software / IT services. The role covers end-to-end bid management, documentation, compliance, pricing, and post-award coordination. Key Responsibilities: GeM Bid Management (End-to-End) • Identify relevant tenders/bids on GeM for software development, IT services, AMC, cloud, AI, portals, mobile apps, etc. • Perform bid evaluation: eligibility, technical scope, timelines, EMO/EMD (if applicable), buyer terms, SLA/penalty clauses. • Manage complete bid lifecycle: • Bid submission, amendments, corrigendum tracking • Bid participation, BOQ/pricing entry, and timely clarifications • Reverse auction (RA) participation (if applicable) Documentation & Compliance • Prepare and compile all bid documents: • Company profiles, experience proofs, work orders, completion certificates • Turnover/CA certificates, OEM authorizations (when needed) • ISO/CMMI/other certifications, PAN/GST, MSME, bank mandates, etc. • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with tender conditions. • Maintain a library of standard templates and ready-to-use annexures. Coordination & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, finance, legal) to collect inputs and finalize bid responses. • Communicate with buyers via GeM for queries, clarifications, pre-bid discussions (if applicable). • Track bid status and maintain follow-ups until award. Pricing & Commercials • Work with management/finance to finalize commercial strategy, margins, taxes, and BOQ mapping. • Ensure pricing compliance with GeM rules and tender conditions. Post-Award Support • Support order acceptance, contract documentation, performance security (if required), invoicing formats, and milestone mapping. • Assist in resolving buyer queries for payment and deliverables through GeM workflow. Eligibility & Experience • 4+ years of hands-on experience in GeM bid management, preferably for IT/software services. • Strong working knowledge of: • GeM bid types (L1, QCBS where applicable, custom bids, RA process) • Tender compliance, eligibility interpretation, document structuring • Experience with government procurement documentation and common compliance requirements. Skills Required • Strong documentation skills (MS Word/Excel/PDF tools), attention to detail. • Ability to read and interpret tender terms, scope, and eligibility quickly. • Strong follow-up and coordination skills; ability to work independently. • Time management to handle multiple bids with deadlines. Location & Work Mode • Candidate can be based anywhere in North India (Delhi/NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, Uttarakhand, HP, J&K, etc.) • Remote / Hybrid / WFO depending on coordination needs. Engagement Type • Full-time or Part-time • Compensation: As per experience and bid volume handled (fixed + performance incentive can be considered) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • GeM (Government e-Marketplace) for software / IT services: 4 years (Preferred) • L1, QCBS where applicable, custom bids, RA process): 4 years (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
