Junior IT Support

Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops & peripherals) • Install & configure operating systems, software, and hardware • Setup and support networks, printers, and scanners • Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance • Provide technical support to employees across the organization Requirements • Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply) • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting • Good communication and problem-solving skills Note: Work from office only (Jaipur). Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
