Job Title: Senior Motion Graphics Artist Location: Pune Company: Minimonsters Agency About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Motion Graphics Artist who can create high-end motion visuals for premium ads, brand films, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, animation, storytelling, and modern visual aesthetics, along with working knowledge of 3D animation to enhance motion projects. You should be someone who can take a concept and transform it into visually striking motion content while maintaining high creative and technical standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the motion design process from concept to final delivery • Create high-quality motion graphics for advertisements, brand films, explainer videos, and digital campaigns • Design and animate titles, typography motion, transitions, and visual compositions • Develop style frames, animation systems, and visual language for projects • Integrate 2D and 3D motion elements to elevate the visual output • Collaborate with creative directors, editors, designers, and production teams • Maintain high design standards, visual consistency, and animation quality • Optimize motion graphics for multiple platforms and formats Requirements • 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects • Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and visual storytelling • Ability to create original motion graphics without relying on templates • Experience handling complex motion compositions and multi-layered animations Strong Advantage • Working knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar • Experience with VFX, compositing, and advanced motion techniques • Experience working on advertising campaigns, brand films, or large-scale digital content • Ability to blend 2D motion graphics with 3D elements effectively
