Role Description
This is a part-time and hybrid role located in Haora, with some work-from-home flexibility. The E-commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Service Manager will oversee e-commerce strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns, and ensure excellent customer service experiences. They will handle tasks such as optimizing online platforms, driving lead generation through marketing efforts, analyzing web analytics to improve campaign performance, and managing customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to enhance brand visibility and foster engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies for e-commerce and customer acquisition.
• Proficient in Web Analytics tools to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce and public sector industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
