EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE/ Sr. Executive

About Mintree: Mintree is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand offering premium salon & spa products across India and international markets. We are expanding our global presence and looking for a dynamic Export Executive/Sr. Executive to drive international sales and build strong overseas partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage international sales inquiries, orders, and client communication. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted global markets. • Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and compliance-related paperwork. • Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments, tracking, and delivery timelines. • Maintain strong relationships with international distributors, buyers, and import partners. • Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and product catalogues for overseas clients. • Ensure adherence to export regulations, documentation accuracy, and compliance requirements. • Conduct follow-ups with clients for payments, orders, and repeat business. • Collaborate with internal departments—production, warehouse, and finance—for smooth order execution. • Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and support strategic planning for international expansion. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or any related field (MBA preferred). • 1–5 years of experience in export operations or international sales (FMCG/Beauty/Manufacturing preferred). • Strong understanding of export documentation, INCO terms, shipment handling, and customs procedures. • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication. • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
