Job Title Captain Service Captain Floor Captain Location New Delhi India About Us Mira s is a premium bakery and cafe in Recent Delhi known for artisanal baked goods gourmet beverages and refined hospitality Our focus is on delivering a consistently warm attentive and high-quality guest experience in an elegant setting Job Summary We are looking for well-groomed service-oriented Captains to supervise floor operations and ensure excellent guest service The Captain will act as a bridge between guests service staff kitchen and management ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards Key Responsibilities 1 Guest Experience Service Excellence Welcome guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably Take ownership of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Handle guest queries special requests and complaints courteously and efficiently Ensure service standards and SOPs are consistently followed on the floor 2 Floor Service Management Supervise daily floor operations during service hours Coordinate with kitchen bakery and barista teams for timely and accurate order execution Ensure proper table setup cleanliness and presentation at all times Monitor service pace and table turnover especially during peak hours 3 Team Supervision Training Guide and supervise stewards servers and runners Train service staff on menu knowledge upselling techniques and service etiquette Ensure staff grooming discipline and punctuality as per standards 4 Order Billing Control Take and verify guest orders accurately through the POS system Ensure correct billing settlement and coordination with the cashier Minimize order errors and handle voids or modifications responsibly 5 Coordination Reporting Act as a point of contact between service staff and the Restaurant Manager Report operational issues guest feedback and staff concerns to management Assist in opening and closing procedures as assigned Qualifications Skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service roles in cafes bakeries or upscale restaurants with at least 1-2 years as a Captain or Supervisor Strong knowledge of food bakery products beverages and service styles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable personality with high grooming standards Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in POS systems and order management What We Offer Competitive salary and service incentives Opportunity to work with a premium hospitality brand Professional growth and skill development Supportive and quality-focused work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 26 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
