About Mira Gems
Mira Gems is a globally trusted manufacturer of lab-grown diamonds and jewellery with over 30 years of diamond manufacturing expertise. With 100% in-house production and a strong international presence, we are now building a fully structured Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Division focused on scalable B2B growth.
We are seeking a strategic leader who can build and scale this division from the ground up.
This is not just a sales role — it is a commercial leadership role.
Role Overview
The Head – B2B Jewellery Sales & Commercial Operations will be responsible for building a complete, ERP-driven sales ecosystem. This includes designing structured sales processes, building high-performance teams, and creating predictable revenue systems.
You will own revenue, process architecture, team structure, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales System Architecture
• Design and implement a complete B2B jewellery sales funnel
• Structure Lead → Quotation → CAD → Production → Dispatch → Payment workflow
• Integrate entire process into Gati ERP
• Develop SOPs for each commercial stage
2. Revenue & Market Expansion
• Build and execute national and international B2B expansion strategy
• Onboard retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Create a repeat-order focused client base
• Build predictable monthly revenue pipeline
3. ERP & Commercial Governance
• Ensure 100% order processing through ERP
• Implement KYC, credit control, approval workflows
• Monitor outstanding, ageing, and dispatch compliance
• Develop weekly dashboards and performance reporting
4. Team Building & Leadership
Build and manage:
• Designing Team
• CRM Team
• Telecalling Team
• Field Sales Team
• Backend & QC Team
• Implement KPI-driven performance culture
• Define accountability and reporting structures
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with production, QC, stock, and dispatch teams
• Ensure timely delivery commitments
• Maintain accountability for high-value goods
Required Experience
• 3–5+ years in Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery B2B Sales
• Experience building structured sales teams preferred
• Strong understanding of ERP / CRM systems
• Proven track record in revenue scaling
• High integrity in handling high-value inventory
