Job Title: Middle East Recruiter Experience: 1–2 Years Location: SG Road, Ahmedabad Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office at least once a week or thrice a month) Preferred Location of Candidate: Currently based in Gujarat Job Summary We are looking for a Middle East Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in overseas hiring, specifically for the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Gulf countries and be familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Middle East positions (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, etc.) Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers Share regular recruitment status reports with the team and management Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines Support documentation coordination such as offer letters, visa process follow-ups (basic level) Requirements & Skills 1–2 years of experience in Middle East / Overseas Recruitment Good understanding of Gulf hiring practices and job roles Strong communication skills (verbal and written English) Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Proficient in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS (if applicable) Must be currently based in Gujarat and comfortable with a hybrid work model Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Experience hiring for technical, engineering, oil & gas, construction, or industrial roles is an advantage
