E-Commerce Associate

Key Responsibilities: Note: Specific tasks may vary depending on project assignment. 1. Product Handling • Keep the e-commerce store updated with correct product information including specifications, pricing, and availability. • Enhance product visibility and customer engagement by refining titles, images, and descriptions. 2. Catalog Structuring • Assign accurate labels and attributes to products for improved discoverability. • Systematically organize product categories for smooth user navigation across the online platform. 3. Data Entry & Reporting • Input and revise product details, pricing, and technical specifications with precision into the platform or system. • Conduct regular checks to maintain data uniformity across listings. • Prepare and update documentation outlining standards and workflows for data-related processes. Eligibility Criteria: • Educational qualifications in BBA, MBA, PGDM, BCA, BE, MCA, MBDA, or similar disciplines. • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant exposure are welcome to apply. • Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication. • Strong command over English will be a valuable asset. • Must possess good interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and a results-driven approach.
