Job Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 0–2 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Coordinate multiple IT projects including ERP, CRM, Web, and Mobile Applications Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal development teams. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare structured project documentation, reports, and status updates. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure task completion. Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to management.
