Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Advertising Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. The candidate will be responsible for selling outdoor advertising solutions, understanding client needs, and delivering effective media plans. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the advertising sector • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients • Pitch OOH advertising solutions (hoardings, billboards, transit media, etc.) • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Understand client requirements and create customized advertising proposals • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in advertising/media sales (preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach • Good knowledge of outdoor advertising industry is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
