⸻ Job Title: Visualiser / Art Director – Events & Exhibitions Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Event Management / Exhibitions / Experiential Marketing About the Role We are an event agency looking for an experienced and creative Visualiser / Art Director with strong expertise in designing creatives and developing themes for various kinds of events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing complete exhibition and event setups, translating client briefs into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate the brand message. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Develop themes and concepts for: • Entire exhibitions & event setups • Individual exhibition stands • Theme pavilions • Lounges & entry gates • Signage systems • Fabrication-based installations • Transform client briefs into innovative and practical design solutions • Create 2D/3D concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations • Work closely with production, fabrication, and vendor teams to ensure accurate execution • Suggest materials, colors, textures, lighting concepts, and proportions • Ensure designs align with brand positioning and client messaging • Oversee on-ground execution to maintain design integrity ⸻ Candidate Profile • Prior experience with: • Event Management Companies • Exhibition Stand Design & Fabrication Agencies • Advertising / Creative Agencies • Strong exposure to designing and developing concepts for exhibition and event elements • Natural flair for: • Designing & aesthetics • Color theory • Theme development • Material selection • Proportion & spatial understanding • Visual storytelling • Ability to understand client aspirations and convert them into impactful design solutions • Strong presentation and communication skills Preferred Skills • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, Corel draw, Adobe Creative Suite) • Knowledge of fabrication materials and production feasibility • Experience working with tight timelines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
