Role Summary
Support and govern large-scale retail banking transformation programs, acting as a consulting partner to ensure strong project governance, risk management, and delivery coordination across digital transformation, asset management, and customer onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive project governance, stage‑gates, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide PMO leadership across multiple transformation programs.
• Manage RAID, milestones, dependencies, and global workstreams.
• Support digital banking, core modernization, asset management, and KYC/onboarding initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports and manage global stakeholders.
Requirements
• 7+ years in PMO / Project Coordination within Retail or Global Banking.
• Experience in digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, risk management, and Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Notice period: Max 45 days
• Work model: 5 days WFO / hybrid
• Interview: 2 KPMG technical rounds + 1 client round (virtual)
• Relocation: Open
