Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Karimnagar. The Special Educator will work closely with children with developmental delays or disabilities, creating and implementing tailored educational plans. Daily tasks include teaching and guiding middle school-age students, assessing individual needs, and collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to provide holistic learning and development. The Special Educator will focus on enhancing communication skills, fostering emotional growth, and supporting students' educational progress through expert interventions. Qualifications • Experience in teaching and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs, especially for middle school students • Proficiency in working with children with disabilities and a deep understanding of Special Education practices • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and team members • Patience, empathy, and creativity in developing engaging learning strategies • Relevant certifications or degrees in Special Education, Psychology, or related fields are preferred
