Key Responsibilities • The Hustle: Dive deep into YouTube analytics, turning raw data into actionable growth strategies across multiple diverse channels through sheer persistence. • Content Architecture: Manage the full lifecycle of a video strategy—from ideation and SEO optimization to publishing with a "never say die" attitude. • Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on the market-know what the competition is doing before they do it. • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company with zeal, passion, and high energy in every interaction. • Reporting: Work side-by-side with the Founder to align channel growth activities with the company's big-picture goals. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment managing YouTube growth (Hustle experience is a must). • Skills: Strong communication, deep understanding of YouTube SEO, retention mechanics, and a knack for finding growth opportunities in Tier 2/3 markets and beyond. • Ambition: Someone who dreams big and wants to grow a team as the company expands.
