Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will support health and safety initiatives within the organization. Primary responsibilities include providing medical assistance, facilitating health-related training sessions, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. The role requires efficient communication with teams and stakeholders to promote health and safety standards. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Mahasamund, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote collaboration. Qualifications • Proficiency in EMT practices and fundamental medical techniques. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Knowledge and experience in healthcare and medicine-related responsibilities. • Experience in conducting training sessions related to health and safety topics. • Ability to adapt and stay updated with industry standards and healthcare advancements. • Certification as an EMT or related qualification is preferred. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid setup.
