We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can provide outstanding support, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through proactive engagement and upselling. 🔥 Role Highlights: • 🏠 100% Remote Role (Work From Anywhere in India) • 🕢 Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST • 💼 Minimum 2+ Years Experience Required • 🌟 B2B SaaS experience preferred 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🧩 Customer Advocacy & Support • Provide detailed product and service information. • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate. • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. 📊 Customer Account Management • Accurately update and maintain customer records. • Ensure account information is reliable and current. 🛠 Problem Resolution • Identify root causes of issues. • Deliver clear, actionable solutions. • Coordinate corrective actions to ensure complete resolution. 🤝 Collaborative Efficiency • Work closely with internal teams to meet service goals. • Align with team KPIs and performance standards. 📈 Performance Excellence • Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Maintain strong CSAT metrics. 💻 Technical & Ticket Management • Manage support queries via Zendesk. • Escalate development issues through Basecamp. • Handle subscriptions and accounts via Chargebee. ✅ Required Qualifications • 🌎 Native-level English fluency (Strong written & verbal communication is mandatory) • 🧠 Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience • 🖥 Experience in B2B SaaS domain preferred • ⚡ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • 📌 Hands-on experience with Zendesk & Basecamp • 💳 Knowledge of Chargebee is an advantage 🌟 Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Health-Tech industry • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment 📩 How to Apply: Send your updated CV to ayushi@moontechnolabs.com
