Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet organizational staffing needs. • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career sites. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases, and other channels. • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, and provide regular updates on candidate status. • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages and prepare job offers. • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to support future hiring needs. • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, including AI-driven tools and data analytics.
