Working Knowledge in the fields of Capital Market Services. Project execution may involve preparation of financial models, structuring financial products, preparing information memorandums/prospectus/letter of offer, interacting with client, representing matters before regulators, investors and lenders and other such matters to assist the client as per the terms of the mandate / engagement letter.
