We work directly with ownership groups and operators to drive stronger commercial performance and market positioning across their hotel portfolios. Role Overview MOSAIC Hospitality is seeking an Area Director of Revenue Management based in Mumbai to oversee pricing strategy and revenue performance across a portfolio of independent and lifestyle hotels within the US and Caribbean markets. This role works closely with US-based leadership and property teams to manage demand strategy, optimize distribution channels, and maintain strong forecasting discipline across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Lead pricing and revenue strategy across multiple hotel assets • Oversee demand forecasting, pickup analysis, and market intelligence • Manage distribution strategy across OTAs, brand.com, CRS, and channel partners • Monitor booking pace, competitive positioning, and rate strategy • Conduct RevMAX meetings and commercial performance reviews with property teams • Support monthly reporting, market analysis, and portfolio performance tracking • Partner with US leadership teams to align commercial strategy and execution Qualifications • 4–6 years of hotel revenue management experience within the US hotel market • Experience supporting multiple properties or a regional portfolio preferred • Strong working knowledge of PMS, CRS, and RMS platforms (StayNTouch preferred, SynXis, Lighthouse, or similar systems) • Strong analytical capability across forecasting, pricing, and market demand trends • Ability to work US business hours remotely from India Why Join MOSAIC • Work directly with US hotel ownership groups and operators • Exposure to boutique, lifestyle, and independent hotel portfolios • Fully remote environment with strong ownership and growth opportunity • Opportunity to work across the US and Caribbean hospitality markets
