E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role As our E-commerce Specialist, you’ll manage and grow our presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce apps. You won’t just upload products — you’ll help shape our digital shelf, improve visibility, and drive online revenue. This is an on-site role where you’ll work closely with marketing, stores, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth online operations. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing product listings across marketplaces • Optimizing titles, descriptions, keywords, and images • Coordinating with design & content teams for creatives and banners • Monitoring inventory to avoid stock-outs • Tracking daily sales, ad performance, and marketplace insights • Running and optimizing platform ads (Amazon/Flipkart ads) • Managing pricing consistency and promotions • Monitoring ratings, reviews, and customer feedback • Preparing weekly & monthly performance reports • Suggesting new SKUs, bundles, and growth opportunities What We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce management • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers • Understanding of product listing SEO and conversion basics • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset • FMCG experience is a bonus (but not mandatory) Why Join Us? • Work with a fast-growing, purpose-driven food brand • Real ownership — your work directly impacts revenue • A supportive team that values systems and structure • Room to experiment, optimize, and scale • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives How to Apply Send your CV to people@mothersfoods.in Subject line: E-commerce Specialist – [Your Name] Or feel free to DM us here on LinkedIn.
