Role-SAP FICO-RTR Responsibilities • Process Management: Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) functions, including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). • System Configuration: Configure SAP FICO modules, including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing. • Month-End/Year-End Close: Execute, manage, and optimize the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. • Intercompany Reconciliation: Handle intercompany transactions, foreign currency valuation, and reconciliation activities. • Integration & Support: Interface with other modules (MM, SD, PP) and support RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and SOX, and develop financial reports. • Implementation: Lead or assist in all phases of SAP implementation, from blueprinting to go-live and hyper-care support. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field; SAP certification is a plus. Required Skills • Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Product Costing). • Experience: 5–15 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations. • System Knowledge: Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly required. • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of APPC/Fiori reporting, LSMW, and validation/substitution rules. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
